We take emergency locating seriously. In most situations we can arrange for priority utility locates through 811 before we begin boring. For truly time-critical situations, we use our own ground-probing methods to identify potential conflicts in the immediate bore path before we run the drill. We never bore blind into an area we have not evaluated for other utilities first.

We work directly with property owners, plumbers, electricians, municipalities and general contractors. For a homeowner whose water service has failed, you can call us directly. For a commercial property manager with a failed underground conduit, same thing. You do not need a GC as an intermediary to access our services.

Our capacity ranges from small residential bores of 2 to 3 inch diameter conduit under a driveway, all the way up to large diameter crossings under highways and waterways. Yes. When boring in a public right-of-way requires a permit, we contact the relevant city, county or ODOT district to initiate the permit process. On emergency work, some jurisdictions allow a work order to begin immediately with the permit application filed concurrently. We are familiar with how Oklahoma municipalities handle emergency permit requests and we handle that coordination so you can focus on the rest of the job.

Emergency work is quoted based on the specific job conditions: bore length, pipe size, soil conditions, access constraints and time of day. We give you a clear quote before we start. There are no surprise charges. We do not publish rate schedules because every emergency job is different, but we are transparent about what the work will cost before mobilization.

Yes. We service all of central Oklahoma and can mobilize to Tulsa, Stillwater, Lawton, Enid and other areas of the state for emergency work. Travel distance affects mobilization time and job cost but does not affect our willingness to take the work. Call us and we will be honest about how long it will take us to reach you.

Yes. Utility emergencies do not respect business hours and neither do we. Nights, weekends and holidays are all in scope for emergency response. If you call, someone answers and if the job requires same-day or overnight response, we make that happen.

Experienced HDD crews encounter unexpected soil conditions regularly and know how to adapt. Depending on what we encounter, we may adjust fluid pressure, change drilling fluid composition, modify the bore angle or shift to a different path. We communicate with you as the situation develops so you know what is happening and what options are available.

Absolutely. We regularly serve as a specialty boring subcontractor under a general contractor. We can provide a sub-contract agreement, certificate of insurance, and all documentation required for a GC’s project file. We are familiar with lien waiver requirements, certified payroll formats if the project is publicly funded, and the closeout documentation that project owners typically require.
