Oklahoma Emergency Underground Utility Services
A broken gas line does not wait for Monday morning. A ruptured water main does not care about the weekend. Trinity Boring Solutions deploys crews across Oklahoma any hour of any day to locate, assess and restore underground utilities using trenchless technology whenever the situation allows.
Call Now: (405) 409-7423 Request Emergency DispatchIf It Is Leaking, Broken or Dead Underground, We Come to You
Most underground utility emergencies share one characteristic: every hour that passes without action means more damage, more cost, and more risk to people nearby. A gas leak puts residents in danger. A broken water main floods streets and cuts service to hundreds of homes. A severed fiber line can shut down a hospital, a school or a city department. At Trinity Boring Solutions we carry the equipment and the trained crews to respond fast, diagnose accurately and start work immediately.
We serve all of central Oklahoma including Oklahoma City, Edmond, Yukon, Midwest City, Moore, Norman, Broken Arrow, Tulsa, Stillwater and surrounding communities. Our rigs are staged to reach any metro location within hours.
Gas Line Emergencies
Ruptured service lines, damaged mains, corroded sections, contractor strikes. We restore safe gas flow using trenchless boring or precise open-cut methods depending on soil and depth conditions.
Learn MoreWater Main Failures
Main breaks, pressure loss, sinkholes caused by leaking water mains. We locate the break precisely using ground penetrating radar and utility locating, then restore the line with minimal surface disruption.
Learn MoreSewer Line Collapse
Sewage backing up into homes or streets is a public health crisis. We respond immediately to collapsed, root-infiltrated or joint-failed sewer sections, offering open-cut and trenchless repair options.
Learn MoreElectrical Conduit Damage
Outages caused by severed conduit, contractor strikes or ground movement require immediate conduit restoration. We bore replacement conduit paths that avoid further disruption to surrounding infrastructure.
Learn MoreFiber and Telecom Cuts
Fiber cuts affect 911 systems, hospitals, banks and businesses. We locate, clear the bore path and install replacement conduit or direct-bury fiber rapidly to restore communications infrastructure.
Learn MoreEmergency Trenching
When trenchless methods are not suitable due to ground conditions or pipe diameter requirements, we deploy our trenching equipment on an emergency basis to restore utilities fast.

What Happens When You Call
We do not put you on hold and we do not send you to voicemail. When you call our emergency line, a real person answers who can dispatch a crew or connect you directly to a foreman. Here is the sequence every emergency call follows.
(405) 409-7423 or the contact form. Describe what you are seeing: is there water, gas smell, power loss, or sewage?
We ask targeted questions to determine equipment needed, permitting requirements, and whether the utility company must be notified before we dig.
The nearest available crew is dispatched with the appropriate rig. We pre-call 811 when time permits or coordinate with the utility provider on emergency locates.
We set up safely, confirm the failure location, and begin repair. We photograph and document the condition before, during and after work.
Service is restored, surface is restored, and you receive documentation of what was found and what was done. Permits are closed where applicable.
Real Emergency Work From Oklahoma Job Sites
What Makes Our Emergency Response Different
A lot of boring contractors do emergency work. Very few have the equipment inventory, crew depth and technical range that Trinity Boring Solutions brings to a job site. Here is why clients across Oklahoma call us first when something goes wrong underground.
Equipment On Hand, Not On Order
We own our rigs and we maintain them year-round. When you call at 2am we are not calling a rental yard. The rig is in our yard and the crew is reachable. That is the difference between a 3-hour response and a 3-day response.
Trenchless When It Makes Sense
Horizontal directional drilling lets us replace or reroute a damaged utility section without tearing up a road, a parking lot or a landscaped area. When that method is right for the situation we use it. When open-cut is the better answer we do that instead. We make the call based on what will get you restored fastest and cleanest.
We Work Alongside Your Utility Provider
We understand how Oklahoma Gas and Electric, ONG, OG&E, and municipal water systems operate. We communicate with their crews, follow their specifications, and document our work in the format their inspectors require.
Multiple Utility Types in One Call
When a single incident damages multiple utilities, such as a contractor strike that hits both a gas line and a conduit, we can handle both repairs rather than waiting for two separate contractors to show up at different times.

Frequently Asked Questions About Emergency Underground Utility Services
How fast can Trinity Boring Solutions respond to a utility emergency in Oklahoma?
In most parts of central Oklahoma, we can have a crew and equipment on site within two to four hours of your call, depending on where our nearest available rig is staged. For locations in the OKC metro area, response times are often faster. We do not have a guaranteed SLA number we can publish because every emergency is different, but we move fast and we tell you exactly when to expect us when you call.
Do I need to call 911 before calling Trinity Boring Solutions for a gas leak?
Yes, absolutely. If you smell gas or suspect an active gas leak, evacuate the area, do not operate any electrical switches, and call 911 and your gas utility provider first. Once the immediate safety situation is being handled by emergency services and the utility provider has isolated the line, that is when you call us to handle the physical repair or bypass boring work needed to restore service.
What information should I have ready when I call for an emergency?
The more you can tell us the faster we can help. Most useful: the exact address or nearest cross streets, what utility is affected (gas, water, sewer, electric, fiber), what symptoms you are seeing (smell, water pooling, no power, sewage backup), whether a 811 locate was done recently and whether the utility company has been notified. If you do not have all of this information, call anyway. We will walk you through what we need to know.
Can you work on private property or is this only for public right-of-way emergencies?
We work on both. We handle private property service line repairs, failures on commercial lots and industrial properties, as well as work in public streets and right-of-way. Private property work generally requires fewer permits and can begin faster. Public right-of-way work may require utility notification, traffic control planning and in some cases city permits, which we coordinate on your behalf.
What is the difference between trenchless repair and open-cut repair for an emergency?
Trenchless repair uses horizontal directional drilling to install new pipe or conduit underground without digging a continuous trench. This preserves the surface above the bore path, which is important when the damaged utility runs under a road, driveway, landscaping or structure. Open-cut repair involves excavating along the damaged line and making a direct repair. Open-cut is faster for shallow, accessible failures and is often the right choice in an emergency when every minute counts. We assess the situation and recommend the method that gets your utility restored fastest.
Will you coordinate with Oklahoma Gas and Electric or ONG during an emergency?
Yes. We have experience working alongside OG&E, ONG, and municipal water and sewer departments across Oklahoma. We understand their specifications and documentation requirements. In many emergency situations we work simultaneously with their crews, with us handling the boring and installation side while their technicians handle the service reconnections and final testing.
Do you provide emergency service for commercial and industrial sites?
Yes. Commercial properties and industrial facilities make up a significant portion of our emergency work. A production facility with a broken water main or a severed fiber line to a data center are exactly the kinds of situations where our rapid response capability delivers real value. We scale crew and equipment to match the scope of the commercial problem.
What documentation do you provide after completing emergency work?
We provide a written summary of what was found, what method was used, what materials were installed, and the as-built location of any new bore path or repaired section. This documentation is useful for your records, for permit closeout with the city or county, and for your utility provider who may need to update their infrastructure maps.
Can you handle a situation where multiple utilities were damaged at once?
Yes, and this is actually a scenario where our broad capabilities help significantly. When a single excavation strike damages both a gas line and an electrical conduit, having one contractor who can handle both reduces coordination overhead and gets all utilities restored faster than waiting for two separate specialty contractors. We carry equipment for multiple utility types on our larger emergency rigs.
Do you work on emergency sewer line repairs in Oklahoma?
Yes. Collapsed sewer lines and sewage backups are among the most urgent utility emergencies because of the public health implications. We respond to sewer main collapses, service line failures, and joint failures that cause sewage to surface or back up into structures. We can perform open-cut repairs for collapsed sections and, in appropriate conditions, bore a replacement section using trenchless methods to minimize surface disruption.
